At Banckup we are convinced that quality of service is key to the success of a project.

In order to guarantee that our clients will receive this quality, we have three departments which work together on the design and implementation of all the projects, and which are subsequently responsible for support and maintenance.

Our software has been designed to work in all kinds of systems, including light equipment (such as portable computers). The program requires a Microsoft Windows operating system and minimum disk space of 2 Mb. We have paid special attention to equipment memory requirements so as not to overload Windows systems; thus the program does not reside in the memory until the "programmer" launches the backup or until we manually run the "attended" mode.

 

   

Auto-Update

Thanks to this functionality, the user will always be able to enjoy the most up-to-date version of our software; the same connection as that employed for making the backup is used to download any new versions that may exist while this backup is being effected. Any new function and improvement, in addition to solutions to possible errors, will be automatically updated without the need to reinstall the software.
